On July 4th, 2016, in what is widely known as the "tamilbluTheGhaziAttackto720p," terrorists attacked the city of Mumbai and killed more than 170 people. This tragic event has led to a lot of controversy in regards to how it was carried out and how should India respond. The story of this tragedy is told by four different perspectives that were captured by journalist Girish Shahane during the first 24 hours following the attack. The city of Mumbai was considered a safe haven from terrorism since the 1993 Bombay Bombings. In 2008, the Taj Mahal Palace, a 5 star hotel in central Mumbai, was attacked by terrorists who killed more than 160 people. According to Pandey and Subramani , the 2008 attack made it clear that "Mumbai had become a city with potential targets for attacks by either ISIS or JeM jihadists". In the first segment of tamilblurayTheGhaziAttacktothefullhd1080p, reporter Girish Shahane attempts to understand why the people of Mumbai are hesitant to take any action against ISIS. He interviews a young man waiting for a train to Mantralaya (the seat of the state government) and asks him if he would be willing to stand up to terrorism by protesting against ISIS. The man rejects the idea, saying that he is scared of them and would rather pretend that they don't exist. He then goes on to say that "even if (he) were willing to protest and (he) knew where their office was, (he) wouldn't even know what (he) would do when (he) got there". This statement proves that Mumbai residents live their lives in constant fear of terrorism, not taking any actions against it. Also in the first segment, Girish interviews an elderly man named David, who has lived in Mumbai for most of his life. He says that he doesn't wish for any military action against ISIS, but instead just wants them to be stopped through political negotiation. He goes on to say that "if (he) were in power right now, (he) would sit down with the terrorists and they would listen to what is being said". He also says that if ISIS thinks they can get by with all of this they are wrong. In the second segment, reporter Girish speaks with a group of students at Juhu beach who are discussing how ISIS is a big threat to Islam and how it needs to be addressed. One student, Sadanand, tells Girish that "our blood has just dripped on to their hands". He also goes on to say that "if (he) were in power right now (he) would not sit down with the terrorists and they would listen to what is being said". The last segment shows reporter Girish Shahane talking with an unnamed man about his feelings about the attack. The man says he feels like there is no one who really cares, but if it was his family he would want them to be safe. However, he says it doesn't matter because nobody is really doing anything against ISIS anyways. cfa1e77820
